Thanks for stopping by! Awfully Awesome 80's is your 24/7 listener-supported internet radio guide to the 80's through the early 90's. We play lost and classic top 40 hits, but we also place a heavy emphasis on the minor charters and non-charters...or as we call them, bottom 45's. If you are a vintage MTV expert, then you have come to the right place! Special Mixcloud shows will be announced as time permits. If you have a general suggestion, then please use our chat widget in the lower right corner or the below contact form. If you have a song request, then please use the below Song Request Form; your request will be automatically queued for play in 90 minutes if it is already in the station's inventory or else I will receive an e-mail copy of your request. Please note that those who contribute to the "tip jar" get prompt acknowledgment of their requests, even though I try my best to fulfill all requests that are excellent fits to the rotation.

If you appreciate what we do, then please make use of our PayPal buttons on the site. You can donate a one-time amount or choose from 10 monthly subscription amounts; the donations will help enhance our programming and keep us on Live365. Don't forget, AA80's will be "Spandexing The Globe" on Saturday from 8 to 10 PM eastern with a Sunday repeat from 2 to 4 PM eastern. It's a hard rock and metal feast consisting of tunes you don't typically hear for the most part; 90's and beyond bands who had that 80's spirit are given some love too. Our indie selection this time around will be from a CCM band whose CD was quite valuable the last time I looked.

Recreating the glory days of MTV from an audio point of view...give AA80's a try at http://awfullyawesomeeighties.com!
